Now I wanted to create a picture on your free credit plan but I was not able to create the artwork nor did I download the artwork I created but my credits got exhausted. Will this happen in my paid plan as well?

Hello @anil_1166,

Thank you for your message. I am sorry you are having this problem.

The Generative AI credits are detailed in these documents: Generative credits overview and Generative credits FAQ. Your specific question is addressed in What happens if I use all my generative credits? . It depends on which plan you subscribe to:

Generative credit counts reset each month based on the billing date of your plans.

After the credit limits apply, if users reach their plan-specific generative credit limit during the month before they reset:

  • Creative Cloud and Adobe Stock paid users can keep taking generative AI actions but using generative AI features to create vector graphics or standard-resolution images* may be slower.
  • Adobe Express and Adobe Firefly paid users can take two generative AI actions to create vector graphics or standard resolution* images per day.
  • Free Creative Cloud, Adobe Firefly, and Adobe Express users can subscribe to a new paid plan to continue creating Firefly-powered assets.

My best,
