I am a creative cloud subscriber, but the picture is not created and is just loading. What's the problem??

I am sorry you are experiencing this problem. Which operating system and browser are you using (and what versions are they)?  Can you please try as a test using another browser and see if that works?

I'm using Windows 10 64bit and neither Web firefly2 nor firefly3 is creating images..

I found the cause.
It doesn't work on Chrome, but it works on Microsoft edge. Is there a separate reason why I can't create an image on Chrome??

Hi @1247457, Chrome should work. If it is not working, generally there is something interfering with it. First, try logging out and back in. If that does now work, the best next test is to open an incognito window and see if it works there. If so, then there is likely an extension or something interfering.  Please let us know the results.

I tried logging out, but no image was created. But it works fine in an incognito window. I'm sure there's something interfering, but I'm not sure what it is.

Unfortunately, it is more tedious from this point.  First, make sure you have the latest version of Chrome installed. Then, would turn off each extention one by one to see if you can find it.  Hopefully it is an extension and you can find it with this process.
