P: Firefly Premium Features require a separate Firefly or Creative Cloud Pro subscription

actualmente cuento con un plan Creative Cloud, en el cual está incluido Firefly. Sin embargo al usar Firefly en la web me indica que debo adquirir un plan. Solo pude generar 2 videos

Hi, I have an Adobe photography subscription, which includes Firefly, I have 247 credits left, but if I try to generate a video from a text it asks me to subscribe. Why?

The first two demos worked, but since subscribing I have been unable to generate video from images. Just get since signing up I have been unanble to create any video - Something went wrong Please try again

Sorry about that. Creative Cloud plans do not currently include premium generative AI features, however, you can try some free access for a set number of premium feature generations (2 free video generations and 40 seconds of translation). To generate more than what is currently included, beyond free generations, you can add on a Firefly Standard or Pro plan.

https://firefly.adobe.com/ At firefly when I try to create someting (image or video) buy credits pop up appears and if I dont buy it doesnt generate. But as you can check I have 995 credits at the moment. Why cant I use it? is there a bug?

Can anyone tell me if Generative Video, Text to Video etc is not available to all CC subscribers?  Im asking because its not working for me i keep getting an saying i dont have access to this feature.  Hope someone can help clear my confusion up.

A Creative Cloud subscription does not include FireFly text to video. You have to pay an additional fee for that luxury. Credits that appear with your CC subscription can not be applied to FirerFly text to video.

I have 1500 generative credits, yet, the subscription window pops up every time that I try to generate a video

I am eager to test and use this, but cannot.

Hello @hypertodd,

I am not sure if you saw my reply to your similar post on February 12. While Generative AI credits from creative cloud plans can be used to generate images on the Firefly web site and in other Adobe apps, they cannot be used to generate videos on the Firefly web site. Generating videos requires one of the two separate Firefly premium plans shown in your image above.

Ok, I don't understand how you can justify charging for a beta when I can't
even test whether or not it would suit my needs. The two tests that I did
create were not accurate and created very strange results. So without
access, I cannot test to see if I can improve results, and I am not going
to pay you guys to help you make it better. It should be the other way
around.

I am not frustrated with you personally, but with your company's policy on
this. So if you can share my feedback upwards I would appreciate that.

Yes, the way Adobe has structured the Firefly video service, you have to subscribe to a premium Firefly plan in order to generate video. Generative AI credits from creative cloud plans can still be used for image generation on the Firefly web site or in other Adobe applications.

Hello, I have been a paid member of Firefly for months and the last time I made an automatic payment of 248.70 TL was on 12.02.2025. Why do I have limited credit to use the text-to-video and image-to-video features?

In other words, old subscribers need to subscribe again to produce videos. Can first-time subscribers produce both visuals and videos with a single subscription?

Hi, I was just off the phone with Adobe, and they launched 2 new FireFly Standard and Pro recently, are the only ones that allow you to generate videos. If you're like me and had FireFly with the Creative Cloud plan, and credits, you still can not generate videos unless you pay for the new FireFly plans that are not included with the Creative Cloud plan.

Dear Adobe Support Team,

I am experiencing an issue accessing Adobe Firefly. Despite having an active Creative Cloud All Apps 100GB subscription, the system prompts me to purchase it separately.

I have already tried logging out and back in, but the issue persists. Could you please check if Firefly is included in my plan and help me resolve this?
