P: Firefly Premium Features require a separate Firefly or Creative Cloud Pro subscription

actualmente cuento con un plan Creative Cloud, en el cual está incluido Firefly. Sin embargo al usar Firefly en la web me indica que debo adquirir un plan. Solo pude generar 2 videos

Estoy intentado generar videos des de texto en adobe firefly y no me deja, aunque tengo 999/1000 créditos cangeables. 
En vuestro articulo de "Preguntas frecuentes sobre los créditos generativos" actualizado el 24 de febrero decis que Generar vídeo (beta), 1080p equivale a 20 créditos por segundo durante un tiempo limitado, pero aun teniendo créditos (999/1000), cuando voy a generar me salta el pop up de pago para comprar mas creditos mensualmente.

Tengo que activar los créditos de alguna manera??

Buenas tardes, contraté el servicio de Photoshop + Firefly (justamente porque quería usar Photoshop, pero también hacer vídeos). Al intentar hacer vídeos me indica  que no tengo créditos, desconozco el porqué.

Tengo créditos suficientes para generar videos a partir de fotos, pero no me deja, dice que no tengo créditos suficientes y tengo

 

Necesito entender como puedo hacer para utilizar según el plan que tengo.

I purchased the creative cloud all apps plan and still dont have access to firefly.

Are you trying to create images or video or both? With the CC plan, you should be able to use Firefly for images but will need another plan to generate video.

Are you trying to use your credits for video? I'm guessing you have a CC plan. That plan gives credits for creating images not for the video tools.

Hi, I have subscription with access to all apps, I'm paying over £50 monthly but today I realised that I need to pay more to use Adobe Firefly. 

 

Is this another expense?

 

At this point I stopped understanding what I was paying for. 

 

Please give me a comprehensive explanation of what my "All Apps" subscription includes

Creative cloud plans include standard Firefly services such as text to image and text to vector. They do not include premium Firefly services such as text to video and audio/video translation.

 

This is documented on this table which appears in: Generative credits FAQ:

I have generation credits left, but it says there are none left and I can't generate them.

If you have fex. an CC all apps plan you get 1000 credits. These credits can only be used for features such as text to image,and generative fill.

 

To spend credits on text to video, image to video, or audio features, you'll need a Firefly subscription in adition.

I have paid for complete Adobe Cloud but can not access firefly without purcahsing it seperately?

An Adobe CC plan has credits for Firefly Text to Image but does not give credits for use with Firefly video tools. See:

I just subscribed to Creative Cloud Subscription and I cannot use my credits to Generate Videos because its a premium feature? Amazing!
