P: Firefly Premium Features require a separate Firefly or Creative Cloud Pro subscription

actualmente cuento con un plan Creative Cloud, en el cual está incluido Firefly. Sin embargo al usar Firefly en la web me indica que debo adquirir un plan. Solo pude generar 2 videos

I have the following problem:
I have an Adobe CC subscription (with all apps) and currently have 1124 credits for generative AI. When I try to generate a video using Adobe Firefly Video, I get this message: "You have exhausted your free generation allowance. Purchase a Firefly subscription for continuous access."
How can that be when I still have 1124 credits?

Dear Sirs!

 

I have 1000 credits and want to generate images with adobe firefly, but the tool tells me that my complimentary generations are done and i shuld buy new credits.

 

Please clarify.

I show that I have 997/1000 credits available for generation.  I generated one video and now it wants me to sign up for a subscription despite the fact that I already have the pro level subscription.

I have the same issue. I created a few videos, which were not good, and then I was out of try-out credits and Adobe keeps presenting me with Buy options. But my account shows that I have 1000 generative credits available! What is going on?!

Please give Creative Cloud All Apps- members the possibility to also use their 1000 credits for creating AI text to video. It seems only fair. We already pay 67,57 euro each month.

I still can't believe they did this. How many layers of approval did this go through? Didn't someone think

1. The quality and results have to be amazing from the first creation, but even then people need to play with this to feel they can't live without it.
2. We might really tick off CC subscribers who thought they were getting Firefly as part of their subscription.

This is the company the world leans on for creative and marketing help. Surely some person in marketing at Aobde had these concerns.

After receiving the the welcome email, I was excited to try Generate Video. Ran one gen and it was terrible; adjusted the prompt and it was somewhat improved. Made another adjustment to the prompt, attempted to generate the video and received the message saying I have to sign up for a Firefly plan. 

The email should have made mention of the two generation limit; Adobe is doing nothing more than causing additional customer friction. 

Not that it matters but this is the last straw - I'll be canceling my CC plan.

Hi I have 990 credit on my account but this message pop up, every i Try to generate

"The free generations are over. You can contact your administrator to purchase a Firefly plan and continue accessing."

Bonjour,

 

Je viens d'accéder aux nouvelles fonctionnalité Bêta d'Adobe Firefly Vidéo. j'étais très cruieux de découvrir ce nouvel outils, mais après une génération de vidéo... fin de l'expérience, mes crédits ne me suffisent plus. Je paye un abonnement créative suite complet avec 1000 crédits par mois inclus, mais ces derniers ne me permettent même pas d'explorer firefly vidéo encore en bêta.

Je pense qu'il serait bon de réviser le coût en crédit de vos nouveaux outils car si je dois payer un supplément pour de la génération vidéo, je vais sans nul doute aller voir ailleurs pour ces fonctionnalité.

 

Difficile dans ces conditions de se faire un avis tant la politique commerciale associée est agressive (merci les pop-up pour les abonnement dès la seconde génération).

 

En espérant que vous réviserez un peu votre politique de lancement, je serais ravi d'axpérimenter avec mon abonnement actuel.

Hello Firefly Team,

Love what you all are building, and everytime I am amazed at what Generative AI could do.

Please note that I harbor no ill will when making this video.

But as a passionate user of the Adobe software and paying user of the Adobe Creative Cloud All Apps, I found it very discouraging that our generative credits could not be used with the latest video beta feature.

It might be clearer if Generative Credits are like Generative Credit (Video Only), Generative Credit (Image Only) of that's the path the company would like to go, or else generative credits should be used across all features.


Hopefully this video shows users who are encountering the same issue to understand what's happening, and Adobe could also share some clarity on this issue.

Read this thread. The clarity is after 2 video generations you have to subscribe to the "Pro" plan despite being a CC member with access to Firefly. It's already a bit annoying so many people can have a free Adobe Express plan and make things that we can as CC subscribers, but now additionally we are locked out of "Pro" features. There have been at least 2 dozen times a moderator here has explained you need to "pay to play" with Firefly video creation. So I can't blame people for wondering what are we paying for as CC subscribers in terms of Firefly. What's going to be the next "Pro" pay to play?

ich habe ein Adobe komplett Abo mit 1000 generativen Credits pro Monat. Nun wollte ich die neue Audio Übersetzen Funktion nutzen wobei mir 1000 generative Creidts pro Monat angezueigt werden.

Versuche ich den Service zu nutzen bekomme ich aber die Meldung ein kostenpflichtiges Zusatzabo abschließen zu müssen und meine vorhandenen Credits werden nicht genutzt!

Hi Adobe-Team,

on Wednesday I was able to test Video (Beta) on firefly.adobe.com, but since yesterday I have no access anymore. When entering a prompt the message says "you don't have access to this function". The mail from you confirmed that I now have access to the Video (Beta) functions.

Can you please check if something is locked on my account?

Hi,

the creative cloud app shows that I have a license for Firefly as part of my companies Adobe Creative Suite. So should'nt I then have access to this? And why did it work on Wednesday and since Thursday it doesn't?
