P: Firefly Premium Features require a separate Firefly or Creative Cloud Pro subscription

actualmente cuento con un plan Creative Cloud, en el cual está incluido Firefly. Sin embargo al usar Firefly en la web me indica que debo adquirir un plan. Solo pude generar 2 videos

Hi anup_live!

Thanks for writing in. Creative Cloud plans do not currently include premium generative AI features, but Adobe is providing some free access for a set number of premium feature generations (2 free video generations and 40 seconds of translation). To generate more than what is currently included, beyond free generations, you can add on a Firefly Standard or Pro plan.

I can't use Adobe Firefly while I'm a premium member of Adobe Creative Cloud. I am also using AI, Photoshop, Illustrator, PR etc under the subscription. But why Adobe Firefly is asking me to pay? I want this answer.

Même avec un abonnement premium, vous devez payer un abonnement spécial pour firefly vidéo Generator. Sinon vous n'avez droit qu'à deux images gratuites par mois. Et l'abonnement est obligatoirement annuel : pas de crédits. Donc ce n'est pas intéressant  Il faut attendre Sora ou aller sur des  sites comme Stable diffusion qui est très bien.  Renseignez vous sur le web , il y a plein d' alternatives plus intéressantes.

In mijn lidmaatschap staat dat ook FireFly tot mijn lidamaatschap behoort, echter kan ik maar 2 text to video genereren. Hoe zit dat?

Após atualização do Firefly com geração de vídeo, não consigo usar meus créditos para utilizar a nova ferramenta. Alguém sabe o que pode estar acontecendo?

Bonjour,

Je n'arrive pas à crer des vidéos malgré que je possède 900 crédit, on me renvoit directement vers une page d'aboonemment alors que je possède une formule comprenant l'IA et firefly... Quelqu'un aurait une idée ?

Firefly Generative Video is not recognising my available credits and stopped working after two generations. I am part of the Firefly Video Beta and have been unable to test it effectively or get adequate support from Adobe.  

Here is my report so far. 

The generative video followed prompts 50% of the time, and the one result was semi-acceptable, but far below the par set by other platforms already in the marketplace.

The bug is annoying for a life time user of Adobe,  we expect more from the company and this "start-up" behaviour is below what should be the brands standards.

I attempted chat support multiple times and was shoved around to numerous people, all of whom had no idea how to help me.  They said they would escalate the issue, cut off the chat and didn't provide any ticket or follow-up email.  

Based on customer support and this bug, the product is not ready for release as a beta, let alone a paid product.  Usability is step one, and the project/dev team failed in my case.

Yes it does is explain the "why it doesn't work" what it doesn't explain is why Adobe thinks this is an acceptable approach to a "beta" and not in reality a "baiter".

I subscribe to creative cloud, It states Firefly is part of my package, but now im asked to buy aditional credits to use the text to video package why cannot it be take from my alloted 1000 credits that i never fully use. I am never going to use the 3000 i will be given if i sunscribe...and No im not subscribing to Firefly standard
