P: Firefly Premium Features require a separate Firefly or Creative Cloud Pro subscription

actualmente cuento con un plan Creative Cloud, en el cual está incluido Firefly. Sin embargo al usar Firefly en la web me indica que debo adquirir un plan. Solo pude generar 2 videos

Is this feature not included in Creative Cloud? I've tried it on a test basis, but now Adobe says I've run out of free tests and wants to charge me more on top of my CC subscription.

When I try to generate a video, it asks me to purchase a plan, even though I already have a membership and available credits. Can someone assist me with this issue?

See my message above. The generative credits that come with the CC plan can't be used for Firefly video. There are other plans that cater for that functionality.

why doesn't video generation work? I have 990 credits but I can't generate videos, after trying 2-3 times I'm offered to buy a subscription although I already have one. What should i do, i just get subscription but can't use Firefly video generate ☹

If you are an individual subscriber, let us know so we can move your post. Which Adobe app are you using to generate videos? And what did you subscribe to?

I had to search and search to get here. Why doesn't Firefly tell people that the 'free' credits can only be used for certain things like generative image and not Video??? It should tell you on the page that pops up to buy a subscription. And why can't we use the monthly credits for video anyway? Super disappointed in recent programs too, come on Adobe.

My account shows I have ~15K credits and on the generate AI credits it shows 

"With Adobe Firefly, you can produce images, audio, and now video, all in one place. Fly from ideation to production with seamless integration with your favorite Adobe apps. And control every detail along the way so you can get to final faster." Bolded for emphasis

But when I try to generate video with text to video beta, it tells me I don't have credits and have to pay for a service I already have.

Adobe is doing a bait and switch. What an absolute scam. I have this same issue.

A Creative Cloud subscription does not include FireFly text to video. You have to pay an additional fee for that luxury. Credits that appear with your CC subscription can not be applied to FirerFly text to video. CC "All" apps subscriptions do not give you access to "every" app. 

 

You call that bait and switch, but Adobe calls it customer service.

Ich habe die Videogenerierung von firefly ausprobiert und zwei 5-Sekunden-Videos generiert. Beim dritten Video meldet mir das System, dass meine Credits aufgebraucht sind. In der Kontoverwaltung meines CC-Abos steht aber, dass mir noch 1000 Credits zur Verfügung stehen. Wie kann das sein?

J'ai un abonnement à adobe Firefly et il me reste 1450 crédits sur 1500. J'aimerais utiliser la génération de vidéo mais on me dit que j'ai atteint la limite de mes crédits génératifs et que je dois souscrire à un abonnement supplémentaire. Suis-je dans les patates?

Adobe have changed the way generative credits work, paricularly in relation to video. See teh FAQ page below:

Hi, I have an Adobe photography subscription, which includes Firefly, I have 247 credits left, but if I try to generate a video from a text it asks me to subscribe. Why?
