Hi

I've received an email saying I was selected to use the Beta version of Adobe Firefly video. Unfortunately, I'm unable to use the video generator.  (see attached mail and screenshot).
Every time I would like to try the video generator it says I don't have access to this feature and I should  contact my admin to request access. I've attached a screenshot of the issue.

Could you help me?

Thank you in advance.

Kind Regards
Dennis

I have a full Adobe CC account, but when attempting to use Firefly, on pressing "generate", the app prompts me to purchase a package. I have 1000 Generative AI credits available to me and am logged in on the app. Any suggestions?

Thanks 🙂

I also have this issue. 999 credits left and it asks me to subscribe.

I am experiencing an issue with Adobe Firefly despite having 983/1000 credits remaining. When I try to generate a video using Text to Video or Image to Video, I receive a prompt asking me to purchase either Adobe Firefly Standard or Adobe Firefly Pro. However, I already have the Creative Cloud All Apps subscription. Since I still have available credits, why am I being asked to purchase an additional plan? Is this a limitation of my current subscription, or is there a way to resolve this issue?

I don’t think this is very fair, as I didn’t see any mention of this restriction before signing up for the Adobe Creative Cloud All Apps plan. I expected to be able to use my available credits for Text to Video and Image to Video without needing to purchase an additional plan. This limitation wasn’t clearly stated, and it feels misleading.

Bonjour,
il me reste 843 crédits génératifs sur mon compte Creative Cloud et j'ai pourtant un message me demandant d'acheter des crédits en plus. Il s'agit donc apparemment d'un bug, pouvez vous m'apporter une solution svp ?

When are you asked to buy more credits?

For premium features such as text/image to video and translation you'll need a Firefly subscription.

I've only used 6 credits and Firefly won't let me generate video. I still have 994 credits left.

I have 1000 credits. I should be able to generate a image to video. It is also in beta, shouldn't this be free? Also, where does it list how much credit each item costs?

To use premium features as text/image to video and translation you'll need a Firefly subscription. If you have another Adobe subscription it might contain credits, and these can still be used for regular features (as text to image/vector, generative fill etc.).

These are the current credit prices for premium functions:

My account says i have 998 of 1000 generative credits left on Firefly. Yet every time i try to do anything premium on it, it says my 'complimentary' credits have been used and i need to buy a package. I currently have an account for all apps so not sure what is happening!!

Looking at the Firefly paid plan, seems like a really crappy deal. $10 a month for 20 5 second videos (less than 2 minutes of vid at 10 cents a second) or premium $30 for 70 5 second videos (less than 6 minutes of vid at 8 cents a second) which def not something you could afford to explore creatively as every second of video would have to be deliverable, or you have would have to have no budgetary limitations. Plus the videos are not that great...
On top of what I pay for the all apps version of creative cloud, seems really usurious. Just curious if that is a reflection of what AI video generation costs with other tools on the market?
I any case I guess I won't be using firefly.

It's a slap in the face for Adobe users, especially those of us paying for the entire creative suite eveey month.  I've been a loyal subscriber to the "All Apps" package since its inception. Recently, I've been contemplating the idea of moving away from Adobe due to additional charges for features like Firefly. With alternatives like Figma, Canva, Procreate, and other more affordable applications gaining popularity, - and far better AI tech in other apps, I'm seeking compelling reasons to remain with Adobe.
