problems about plan and credit card and payment and permissions

Last week I signed up for the free Firefly trial. I added my credit card details. Only afterwards did I realize it was very limited and I wanted to subscribe to a plan to be able to use it properly. I added my card details again and paid. But it didn't activate in the system... it keeps saying I don't have credits and usage remains limited.

@sigmachado depending on what plan you subscribed to and what process you are trying to use, this could be accurate. Video and other premium features use a lot of credits (videos start at 500).
