Reporting distorted results

I know there is a thumbs down (and up) for feedback and where you can report issues on Firefly output. I was wondering how things are progressed. I'm guessing the AI us getting information where it is learning from the description text in the feedback. Is there any record of the image and text sent somewhere for other types of evaluation. There are times where I feel highlighting something on the image with the description would better explain the problem. I would also like to report a pattern of odd things showing with certain prompts.
