Hey i just got the message that i ran out of credits. I have created dour images and one video.

Im sure that those actions did not cost me 500 credits. Can i get the access to keep creating pictures.

Best regards,

Kai

Hello @kai_7754,

The number of credits used in generation is documented in: Generative credits FAQ. You mentioned that you generated videos. The table for video generation credits is:

Note that the number of credits in this table is per second, so you have to multiply by 5 to get the number of credits per 5 second generation.

I see also from your image that you were generating Image 4 Ultra images. Those are 20 credits per one image generated:

How many videos did you generate at what resolution, and how many Image Model 4 Ultra images did you generate?

My best,

I've just used 2000 credits in about 8 mins just messing around - now i'm understanding how to use it I've got to wait a month until I get more credits!
