Hi there,

This keeps appearing: 'Something went wrong, This image produced an error. Please try again'. I've tried hard re-set, changing browser, updating browser, clearing cookies, going incognito, signing out and in, updating and restarting the laptop. Can you please help? It's been like this for two days.

Kindest regards,

Dennis

@Dennis347291417e8f @Mariam Hovhannesyan check your firewall settings - this looks like what happens when Firefly is blocked in Windows Defender/router settings.

If the @Kevin Stohlmeyer 's advice didn't work just try log out and log in again. And please tell us does it work?

Hello @ted_4008,

Thank you for your message. I am sorry you are having this problem.

What OS/browser are you using? If you try another browser as a test, does it still it fail?

Thanks,
    droopy

OS 15.3 - ok thanks, works in Safari but fails in Chrome which is what I was using.  Seems odd.

It could be interference by a plug-in to Chrome.  You can try disabling them one by one to see which one it is.
