Subscription stolen

The money was withdrawn at the end of October for the monthly use of Adobe InDesign and Firefly, but there is nothing in my account: no subscriptions, no invoices, even though I pay monthly, and no 500 units of AI usage. How should I understand this: was my subscription stolen?
