Told out of Firefly credits when I have credits available.

So, it tells me that I have 24 credits (it was 25 before the initial generation from the main page).  I make some adjustments to the prompt based on the additional options provided from the second page. I get an error message saying that I've used all 25 credits for the month and it asks me to upgrade.  I hover over myself in the corner and it shows that I have 24 credits available.  I should be able to make the adjustments to the image, but the system does not recognize my available credits on the seocnd page - rather they only see them from the initial page.  This is highly frustrating.

 

I am attempting to do this on the website using a Dell G3 3579 laptop.

The CPU is an Intel(R) Core(TM) i5-8300H CPU @ 2.30GHz 2.30 GHz.

I have 32.0 GB of RAM.

The Windows 11 Pro version is 22621.2283 and the build is 22621.2283.

The version of Chrome is 117.0.5938.132.

 

I receive the same error if I select an image from the gallery and try to generate any adjustments - that I'm out of credits.  As I said, this is highly frustrating - I was a pseudo unofficial ambassador while in beta, singing the praises of the therapeutic images one could generate for discussions during therapy sessions and the depth of those discussions.  Now instead, all I feel is an epic facepalm...

Have you tried hard resetting your browser? Ctrl+Sh+R.

@VirusDancer Sorry for such a delayed response. Are you still unable to use Firefly even with credits available?
