Trying to learn firefly

Good day all, 

I am trying to learn firefly before I purchase credits, however I find that the tutorials on the learn site that some are too fast, also the captions on the videos hide what tools to use.

I have put together a channel. 
I went over some of the themes and some other bits regarding Firefly. I haven't delved into Fireboards yet.
