Trying to turn photo into cartoon

Hi, wanted to show off Firefly to friend so took his photo and uploaded it to Firefly. Wanted to make a cartoon effect that worked great. Only problem was that it wasn't him. Every time it was a different person. How do I get Firefly to generate from the photo and not make up someone else?  Thanks
