Upload my own images to work with

I am trying to greate a presentation that shows what something could look like in the future.  How do i uplaod my own images .jpg to be used in the design

You can upload composition references or style references. 

Or you can use the replace background function of FIrefly and then replace the background in a JPG. WHat is it that you want to do?
