Upscaling images in Adobe Firefly

When you generate images with Adobe Firefly and get the four options, you get a button on them that says Upscale. Why does that button not work? I've had it work only 2 times out of 100 that I pressed on it.

I want to add that my Fast Mode is off and I have sufficient credits.

Thank you for your message. I am sorry you are having this problem. 

Upscale only works if fast mode is turned on. If it is turned off, the upscale button should not be visible. If you are seeing the upscale button and you have fast mode turned off, please include a screen shot that shows the fast mode switch and the upscale button.

If fast mode is on and you press then button and it is not working, what happens? Do you get an error? Does it produce an image that is not upscaled? Or something else? A screen recording would be helpful for us to diagnose the problem.

Hi,

Thank you so much for your fast response. 

The fast mode is back on (apparently I forgot to refresh it).

I've attached a screenshot for you - you can see the Upscale button is available but when I press it, literally nothing happens.

Hi @Elena Tamova Art,

Can you please tell us what operating system (and version) and browser you are using? Please try this on another browser as a test. That can help determine if a browser extension is interfering.
