Can i print and sell unpaid firefly generated images by removing the watermark ?

I am sorry, you are not allowed to remove the watermark.  The Adobe Generative AI User Guidelines refer to Adobe Generative AI Additional Terms which state: 

In addition, you must not remove or alter any watermarks or Content Authenticity Initiative metadata (e.g., Content Credentials) that may be generated with the Output, or otherwise attempt to mislead others about the origin of the Output.

 

You can upgrade to a paid plan, which would not have a watermark.

After upgrading to paid plan will i then be allowed to edit, print and sell online original image ?

Someone from Adobe would have to give the authoritative answer, but I believe the answer is no.  You would need to regenerate it.  Do you have it saved as a favourite?  If so, regeneration would be relatively easy.
