Video AI generation failed

I tried to generate a video using the AI Veo 3.1 and it used up my credits but didn't generate what I needed it to generate, the text labels in the video did not make sense and there were artifects.

    I tried to generate and it charged 300 credits, but never produced the video. It was just stuck in generate mode for over an hour.
