Violation of terms of use

I have been blocked out from Firefly.

This is the query I used (in german):

Blumen der Arten Allium, Amaryllis, Celosia, Chrysanthemen, farbigen blühenden lila Disteln, Hyazinthen, Kalanchoe, Lisianthus, Pfingstrosen, Santini und weitere schöne Blumen, die in einem separierten Bereich im Vordergrund ineinander verwebt wachsen, auf sandigem verschwommenen Hintergrund der an einen Strand erinnert mit dem Meer als Horizont und einer aus dem Bild wachsenden Rose als Hauptmotiv.

When I was contacting the support about it they simply ended the chat without an response. In my opinion that is no way how you treat a customer.

I have the following questions:

- What was forbidden in my query?

- Which subscription allows me to use the generated pictures for commercial use?

Thank you for reaching out. I am not quite sure why the chat ended abruptly, must have been a bad connection in my opinion. I am guessing that the issue is with the length of your prompt and not its content per se. Can you try using just a few keywords?
