zoom in zoom out issue

some time when i zoom my imege with the help of ctrl+plus,then my imege disapair from screen.

Ctrl+/- is zooming the contents of the web page. So, this is a browser function.

You can scroll to the location you need to by dragging around the page using the scroll bars on the browser window.

If you'd like to reset your browser view tap Win key + 0.

If you want to zoom into a gen in Firefly tho, click any of the thumbnails to get a larger view.
