@ are you connected via WiFi? If so make sure you are using the 5 ghz bandwidth. If you are connected, check your firewall/Windows Defender to allow Adobe Firefly access.

I’m also running into the "no internet connection" issue with CapCut. It’s frustrating because my other apps are connecting fine, but CapCut keeps giving me this error. Has anyone found a workaround or fix for this problem? Any advice would be appreciated!
