As AI art generation is a highly iterative process. It would be very helpful if all credits weren't used for every mistake made; i.e. a concept of prototyping credits versus final art credits.

The video limit should apply to the number of videos actually downloaded for use. The results are hit and miss and most of the genrated videos are unusable unless you refine them and this takes many generations!

I don't think it is worth the time and money if you every genaration is counted towards the video limit.

Thanks,

Boris

the majority of videos I've produced (I'm testing today for the first time), do not turn out well at all. Like, hilariously bad with weird things that weren't a part of any prompt. So, I redo them with different prompts. As a result, I've only downloaded a couple videos, but my account says I've reached my limit monthly limit and need to upgrade. Firefly should only charge for videos you download, especially when they know the videos don't always turn out well.

Half of my credits have been taken for generations that fail to load, that has "sorry, error" mode. Also Is it not possible to buy generation credits seperatley from the membership when you run out to fast and wwaiting for the next month to come?

Hey @Montana30146197yjmd

You may also want to turn off "Fast Mode".
With "Slow Mode" you don't have to upscale your images. This saves you credits.

The other thing I would do is save an screenshot and your link to a seperate document: Google, Word, Pages.
This way you can come back to a past generation and modify it as you see fit.
Cheers

Hello @ArtisticKay,

Thank you for your message.

Can you please show us what errors you are encountering? Please include a screen shot of the whole browser window (including you avatar in the upper right corner) with the error or problem showing. If you were using reference images or keyframes, please upload those as well. Please tell us the prompt you were using. And finally, please also tell us what operation system (OS) and browser you are using along with their version numbers.

Thanks,
    droopy

Mi è successo che l'animazione  richiesta presentasse errori grossolani, non mi sembra normale che si debba pagare se c'è un palese errore. Proporrei la possibilità di un rifiuto , inibendo il download e riaccreditando i crediti sottratti.

I feel like until the bugs are sorted out or quality improves, credit should not be used for photo to video generatives. Rather if you download the video that was generated... then your credit gets used. The videos so far that I have been generating from still photos are not the greatest and it takes sometimes a few generations to get a decent one. It's such a waste of credits. I may cancel the subscription until it seems sorted out.

Your service is clunky. When creating useable content of any sort it takes a lot of trial and error working with the ai. Charging such a high amount of credits per generation limits the creative potential to such a degree that it makes your service useless. Once done with my current project I will be canceling my service and using any of the other ai generation services available.

Ran out of credits so had to purchase more. Why?  Because of sub standard results time after time. Credits should only apply to downlaoded images.  Most images are not usable.

i have to tell you i have aphasia and that makes it very to communicate on thi type of post..

I've just started to use Firefly... trying to use 5 second videos to animate quiz answers.. typically im trying to write on word or a simple phrase.... its pretty good but ive made 45 "5 second videos" and 27 are rubbish. Graphically are great but signs include words that are not real.... so my spend is more than 50% useless... I will most likely cancel my subscription.

I dont believe that you should charge the credits unless I download the video!!!

Why does it burn up "credits" so fast especially when it generates videos that are trash and not coming up with what I'm trying to achieve,  couldn't it be changed to credits used when results are saved.. I understand descriptions of what you want are important but damn I asked for simple video..   I went through basic subscription in 5 minutes and only ended up with one small clip that I saved but still wasn't exactly what I wanted ..

I understand that creating images just to see what can be created is a drain on your servers.  So, limiting charges to just downloads would not be fair to Adobe.  However, when I ask over and over for the video to NOT ZOOM, but have movement, left to right... and it ZOOMS.  Then I set camera to "Static" it ZOOMS.  I set camera pan left to right and it ZOOMS.  I have left "thumbs down" over and over again.  When the generation fails to follow simple instructions, we should not be charged.  Also, as others mentioned, if error messages prevent getting the file to download, you should not charge for those attempts, either.

I was trying to get a video creation, but the model did not follow the prompt and settings properly. I asked for a wide, full body view with a static camera and it kept going for a close up panning shot. I ran out of credits and was not able to get what I was trying to create. It seems unfair to spend credits on a creation that you can't use. It should only charge credits for images or videos which are downloaded, otherwise it's a waste credits.

I had to generate multiple videos of the same design and still not get the result I need then I ran out of credits. Firefly should generate free previews and then I could use my credit to download the one that is right.

Agreed, if it generates something I'm not going to use or download there should be a reduced rate.

When a generation is BAD and unusable, like a human that has half the face missing, and you can tell with cookies that we did NOT download it, we should get those generation credits back!

Hi Brett5ED9!

Thanks for your feedback! We know how frustrating it is when a generation turns out unusable, like a face missing half its features. I'm merging your thread here since it’s part of a similar discussion. Please add you vote here
