Upsize Images

Why there are so many free images upsize web app out there but I am still not getting it when I am for Adobe subscription? Why? Tell me why?

I share the same frustration....

I have Photoshop, and I use the Image Size tool for higher resolutions, but that is double the work, not to mention, it kills my computer CPU..... They should offer high res file formats themselves.

What I mean is there are so many free images upsize web app out there but I am still not getting it in Phtotoshop when I am for Adobe's enterprice subscription? Why?
