use a photo to generate images

we should be able to upload a photo and generate AI images that looks similar to it, or generate AI images of famous monuments or places .. for example, i am from india, if i enter say taj mahal firefly generates beautiful images but if i enter names of other places such as bangalore palace or stone chariot of hampi etc.. the images are complety off.. i understand AI needs sometime to generate modles of these places but if a image or photo of these places can be uploaded.. it will be easy to learn ..
