Adobe Font does not work in Camtasia

hello everyone, I am having problems getting an Adobe Font to work, specifically it is "Utopia" for an application other than Adobe specifically it is the program Camtasia (TechSmith).
In the same program the Utopia font is shown but it is not displayed.
I`ve tried deinstalling and reinstalling it but no luck, the program is updated to the latest version.
Any suggestions?

I think this is a Camtasia issue. Google and Adobe Fonts do not work in it for some reason. I have a ticket open with Techsmith myself. If you ever got it working, please let me know how! 🙂

I used to work at Techsmith and their support team is good, they should be able to get it sorted out.

Yes, their support has generally been very responsive. I've always had weird issues with fonts in Camtasia, unfortunately. Same fonts work in SnagIt, so it's something specifically about the video app. Beats me. In the mean time, I've had to just find a different font that loads properly.

Are any of the other fonts you may have added & installed via Adobe Fonts working correctly in Camtasia? If none of them are working you might check settings on any apps running in the background, such as a VPN. Another trouble-shooting step worth trying: signing out of Creative Cloud, re-booting the computer and then signing back into your CC account. That may refresh the Adobe Fonts list.
