Adobe fonts 504 error

Hi,

 

I've triing to search Adobe fonts as part of my Creative Cloud subscription but the web page at https://fonts.adobe.com/fonts is just giving me an error message:

 

504 Gateway Time-out

 

Is anyone else getting this today?

    Hi @carlos_5586, Thanks for confirming that it works fine for you now. This issue might be due to the massive AWS outage that occurred on October 20th, 2025. A subset of Adobe products and services experienced such performance issues.

    Hi all, pretty newbie here... All day long I got and still getting this message:

    I logged out/in CC, also removed the browser cache, but nothing changes. I cannot either install fonts from apps (Illustrator). Status site only points problems in Americas... Any suggestion?

    Are you still seeing the issue? I checked https://adobe.ly/3RcSNwN and didn't see anything related to Adobe Fonts and then tried https://adobe.ly/3DYsnM6 and it was working okay for me.
    If you are still seeing the issue could you please test if the issue occurs in all browsers?

    I'm no longer having the issue. Yesterday I did all the things Nekynoah mentioned. I was able to do other things on Creative Cloud - update apps and view files - Adobe fonts were the only thing not loading.

    My co-worker and I are getting the same message today 3/27/25

    I am getting the same error, it's been hours and it's still not working. And pparently I cannot chat with customer care or make a ticket for the problem. Did someone get help with this?

    I got on chat with support and during that time I was able to final get into Adobe Fonts. All the other Creative Cloud apps were working. I even switched browsers, and finally used FireFox to access.
