Could not download font- unable to open desktop application

I need Open Sans Condensed Bold, but it will not download. Adobe  has been on my computer with 5 different agents, and I keep getting transferred or disconnected with no resolution. Has anyone run into this issue with a specific font?

      Thanks for your patience. Are you still experiencing this issue? If so, try reinstalling the app through Creative Cloud Cleaner tool and install the app again to check if that helps.
