Source Han Sans License Details

I saw another post regarding Source Sans Pro, but also wanted to check if Source Han Sans was also under the SIL OFL open license for any use? It is also noted on the Adobe Original page to check out the git hub which includes the SIL OFL 1.1 license.

Is this font also under the SIL OFL 1.1 license for any use, self-web hosting, embedding, etc?

    Thanks for reaching out! I'd like to inform you that you can get the fonts from GitHub and self-host them or use them however you'd like. The only thing to avoid is trying to activate them through Adobe Fonts. In fact, the GitHub versions often offer more flexibility, including WOFF2 versions of the variable fonts that aren’t available via Adobe Fonts.
