APA citation for VAT online

Hi, I want to quote some material from one of the modules in the online Victim Assistance Training I'm taking. Does anyone know who authored these or the format I would use in my citation?

When we attempt a Captivate Prime course, the Author's name is mentioned on the same page. Kindly refer to the screenshot below.

There is no way to contact the Author directly. But if you scroll down to the bottom of the page you will see an option "Contact Admin". The administrator of the account can help you with your queries.
