Não consigo instalar o ADOBE PREMIERE PRO

Meu compoutador possui as seguintes configurações:

Processador ryzen 5600

16gb ram

RTX 4060

windows 10 atualizado na versão mais atual

E Mesmo assim a adobe não permite a instalação, como arrumar?
