Need to export courses from Adobe Learning Manager

Hello, What is the process for exporting courses from Adobe Learning Manager? What is the file type once they are exported?

    Hi @Jamie Barrier ,

     

    Thank you for contacting the Adobe Learning Manager Team.

     

    Currently, we do not support exporting courses out from ALM. 

    However, we can give you the dump of all the data from the account to be used elsewhere. 

     

    Kindly let me know why you need to export the courses from ALM.

    Hi @Debiprasad Maharana , my company is switching to a different LMS once our contract with Adobe Learning Manager ends. What is the process to request all of the data on ALM? What format will the modules/courses be saved in so that they can be migrated to another LMS?

    Generally, we do not share the contents from ALM. We can only share the data.

    I would recommend you reach out to your account CSM to check the details. We can check the details with the backend team to see what possible things we can do for you.
