Uploading Captivate 2019 content and it hangs

I am trying to upload content which was created in Captivate 2019 and when adding to the content library I have it say “processing content” and it stays like that forever. Any advice please?

Thank you for sharing the issue details with us. 

 

Please check if the content that you are uploading should not be more than 600MB. We recommend uploading content less than or equal to 600MB to Captivate Prime at a time. 

Also, please try to publish the project to your computer as a ZIP and then try to upload it to Captivate Prime manually and check the issue. 

 

If the issue still persists, kindly send an email to captivateprimesupport@adobe.com. We will take a look at the issue and help you resolve it ASAP.
