Adobe media encoder convert PSD to PNG?

Can Adobe media encoder convert PSD file format to PNG? If yes, how do I do it programatically?

Hello, it is made to render video files to different formats, including Png Sequences, but I don't think it would work with a PSD image.

Did you try Bridge and tools>Photoshop>Image Processor?

As per understanding, Image processor does the other way around. Please suggest if this is right.

Indeed, PP can save to JPEG, PSD and TIFF, I was confused with Image Processor Pro that can also output to PNG, IIRC
