Adobe Media Encoder Preferences Menu Won't open - Mac OS Monterey M1 Max

I am trying to open the preferences menu on Adobe Media Encoder 22.0.  I have restarted several times and I still can't access.  I click on the menu and nothing opens.  I have been struggling with Mogrts not being available when I export through Media Encoder and I saw a video about turning off "Import Sequences Natively" but I can't access this menu to do that.  Please help!

Hi there,

Sorry to hear about this. Have you tried resetting app preferences to isolate any preference corruption issue that might be causing the app to misbehave?

Thanks,

Sumeet

I actually found another post where someone rename the Adobe Media Encoder preferences folder inside Documents>Adobe to "Old_Adobe Media Encoder".  This fixed the problem.  Thanks!
