Adobe Media Encoder unable to export vertical 4K video @ 9:16 aspect ratio

Seeking to export a Video Timeline clip prepared in Photoshop 2022 23.4.1 into a MP4 video clip

Document is 2160 x 3840 px ( W x H ) >> 4K video in vertical format, 9:16 aspect ratio

Attempting to use Adobe Media Encoder but getting an error to the effect that the maximum vertical size is 2304 px, per below attached screenshots. Seems it would be able to handle this if it were horizontal instead of vertical, ie 3840 x 2160 px works, but not 2160 x 3840 px  

Any other way I can export this to a vertical 4K mp4 video? or any other workaround? thank you in advance
