Error after updating to Media Encoder 2017 "Adobe Media Encoder Not Installed"

I just updated to the most recent version of Media Encoder CC. When I try to export media from Premier Pro (File > Export > Media > Queue) I get this error message: "Adobe Media Encoder is not installed. Please download and install it to use this feature. Go to https://creative.adobe.com/apps"

I have Media Encoder open right now, so I KNOW it is installed. I have tried uninstalling and re-installing Media encoder, and I have tried restarting my machine. Neither has worked.

How can I fix this? Is it possible to go back to a previous version?

Ok, How can I rollback Media Encoder?

These are the steps for Premiere Pro: FAQ: How do I reinstall a previous version of Premiere Pro

Please follow same steps for Adobe Media encoder.

    Hi meghang97333167,

    I apologize for this trouble.

Seems to be an issue with the Dynamic Link between PPro & AME.

Please confirm the exact version of PPro & AME (check in the help menu).

Do you have any update available for PPro or AME in the Creative Cloud desktop app?

    These are the latest:

    Adobe Premiere Pro CC2017.0.2 Build 11.0.2 (47)

Adobe Media Encoder CC2017.0.2 Build 11.0.2.53

    Thanks,

    Hi,

    Premier Pro - CC2015.2 Build 9.2.0(41)

    Media Encoder CC2017.0.2 Build 11.0.2.53

I have an update available for Premier Pro, but if possible, I would like to keep my current version for now.

    Thank you.
