Extremely Long Render Times

AME is taking an exorbitantly long time to render sequences. I'm talking 35-40 minutes for a 2.5 minute sequence. Exports in Premiere Pro just fine (roughly 45 seconds to a minute).
Running on Windows 11
AME Version 22.11
Effects: Cross dissolve/exponential fade at top and bottom + lumetri colors
Rendering w/ maximum quality & depth - still exports in under 1 minute via PP
No 3rd party plug-ins.
