I cant use Adobe Media Encoder, the render doesnt start.

My media encoder doesnt start rendering, it just says "failed" and when i click on the logs its an empty note. I tried many different projects with different presets, i already tried to render with the After Effects Export and it keeps failing, please help me.

Specs:

AMD Ryzen 1600x
16GB Ram
AMD Radeon RX580

Which version of After Effects and AME are you using?
Have you tested the issue after changing video renderer?

I am using AME 2020 and AE 2020 as well.
I already tested .mov files and .avi files, both of them have the same issue even if i change the render on AME.

1 month and noone replied for this problem, I keep with the same problem and I dont know how to fix it.
