media encoder 2020 will not open

Hello I am running the latest update of Premiere and Media Encoder on a Macbook Pro with Catalina.

Media Encoder will not launch when creating a proxy or will crash when launched on its own. Please help.

    Hi Cristian,

    We're sorry for the trouble. I understand dynamic link does not work between Premiere Pro and AME and it does not launch.

    • Are you logged in as an administrator in your user account for macOS?
    • Do you get any error when the application fails to launch?
