media encoder fails to launch

hi 

I just have a problem with my adobe media encoder 

every time I tried to open it I get this

    Hi Hassan,

    This looks strange. Could you share more information for troubleshooting the launch error for AME?

    Does it happen only with AME?

    Are you logged in to the user account with admin rights?

    Did you try reinstalling the application as suggested by the expert above?

    I have this problem with AME and adobe premiere pro 

    as you know when someone tries to download adobe premiere pro, creative cloud will download  AME automatically with adobe premiere pro 

    when I tried to open adobe premiere pro it just shows the loading screen and then nothing happened  so I tried  AME and it show this as you can see in the photo 

    both AME and adobe premiere pro weren't working 

    I send my problem in adobe premiere pro community and they told me to try creative cloud cleaner tool 

    so I will try it and see what will happen

    That's not ideal. You can always try and perform clean installation. It provides a fresh install with deafult settings. Let us know if that works. 🙂

    Have you completely uninstalled and reinstalled the app?

      yes I did but nothing changed
