Unable to run Media Encoder

I am an up to date subscriber but get an error message saying my grace period has expired. I have tried getting help on "Contact Us" but waited over 40 mins to be connected to specialist without success. Regards and thanks to anyone who can help. Jason.

Are you connected to the internet?

Try signing out of your Adobe account, restart your computer, and then sign in to your Adobe account again.
