ADOBE SCAN: Adding Scans to Saved Files

i just uploaded the app to my IPhone and IPad and Adobe Scan seems fairly straightforward and easy to use.  However, it seems to be missing some features that would make the app more functional and useful. I typically use CamScanner and most of my .pdf scan files are a work in progress. For example, I may save a receipt for a particular client to one file then subsequently save another receipt for a different client to another scan. It appears you are only allowed to work with one file at a time in Adobe Scan and once you save the scan you are not allowed to add additional scans to the file. Am I missing something?

I see that after I save the .pdf scan I can upload it to other cloud services but it would also be nice to be able to designate a different cloud service to automatically save the scans to- like One Drive.
