I have uploaded 2 files in documentcloud.adobe.com in a Adobe Scan folder, but I'm unable to see those files in Adobe Scan app on my iOS. Would you please help me how to fix this issue.
Note: I'm able to see the files in the cloud, but not in the app. I have logout several times, uninstalled & reinstalled the app, no change...
Please help!!

Thank you for posting your query here. Could you help me with few details to understand your issue better?
Make sure you sign in with the same email address which you used earlier to save scans. Try all the possible Adobe accounts you have.

Hi Harsh,
I'm using the latest version of Adobe Scan app on my iPhone and I'm able to see the files in adobe cloud website you mentioned, on my mobile browser and website, but those files are not available or synced with Adobe Scan app.
And I'm using the same account to access the files
please help!!
