Adobe Scan: Lost All My Scans

Hi
I just checked my adobe scan app to procure some old scans but dont see any.
I am on the latest ios application with an iPhone 14 .
I don't see my scans on documentcloud.adobe.com as well. I can confirm that I had the scans till yesterday.

We would like to have some more information to dig into the issue:
- Have you checked the different accounts you might have used with Scan (Sign in with Adobe versus social sign-in)?
- Which platform do you experience the issue with? Scan Android, Scan iOS, DC web?
- Are all the scanned files missing, or only some files?
- When did the issue start, any details about any actions taken then?
- Scan app build version, device model, and OS version.
Please share the above answers so we can speed up the investigation process.

Thanks for the reply.
1. I am sure I am using the correct account and I don't have another adobe account other than me.
2. I tried to see on iOS as well as document cloud.
3. All previous scanned files are missing.
4. The issue started on the day I posted this issue.
5. I see the app version is 23.01.24, iOS version is iOS 16.2 (20C65), not sure where to see the build version.
