Adobe Scan won’t transfer pdf to Adobe DC

I've recently been unable to transfer a simple 3 page pdf from Adobe Scan - the document just gets stuck at the final transfer stage. I've tried several times and it just goes round and round - the most recent time for over a day !  Never had any problems previously

OK, thanks.  I've now sorted it out by repairing the installation of my Acrobat Pro DC (Help menu) and the subsequent attempt to transfer the pdf concerned - after scanning the three docs again, of course - was successful.  Thanks for your time.
