Adobe Scans are slow to download

Ive been using Adobe Scan for some time now. I realised just how slow and slugish it is to download Pdfs (average 300kb). Please adobe, fix the download speed/responsiveness. 300kb should be downloaded within split seconds(or the moment i attempt to download the file for viewing)

Now it takes about 15 seconds to download a 300kb pdf files. imagine how much time i need to waste just to scrub through so many pdf files.

This speed is unacceptable and is very frustrating to work with.

 

P.S. dont ask me about my connection speed. ive made sure my lines are very fast with 10-30ms ping and avg spd of 50mbps(wifi and 3 different 4G and 5G)

Would you mind sharing the version of the Acrobat app you are using? Go to Help > About Acrobat and check for any pending/missing updates Go to Help > Check for updates and reboot the computer once.

 

Also, as suggested earlier try with the online portal if you get the same download speed: https://adobe.ly/3DchJQY and let us know how it goes.

I'm facing the same problem. Takes a minute to download a small scnned document when accessing on Adobe app for windows on my laptop. Faster on the web brower. Kindly advise.

Tried again. Accessing docs on Adode Acrobat app on windows laptop is taking 5-6 mins to access a 6 pg doc scanned from my phone. Internet speed is not a problem as I checked other apps. Kindly advise.
