Apps keeps crashing

Adobe scan ver 24.07.16 keeps crashing. After uploading about 25 image from my iphone, adobe scan crashes when i hit save. I have the analytics and send crash reports enabled. I have been using this app forever and i love it the older versions but after a few months ago this app keeps disappointing me. this crashing has to stop.. please fix it.

Could you please let us know the workflow or steps you're following when the app crashes? Are you just scanning and saving files, or are you using other functionalities as well? A short video recording of the process would be very helpful for us to understand the issue better.

If possible, could you also share the name of the crash report? This will help us identify the file and pass it along to our engineering team for further review.

In the meantime, please try clearing the app's cache and rebooting your device to see if that resolves the issue. You can do this by clicking on the profile icon in the app, selecting Preferences, and then choosing Clear Cache.
