Whenever I scan a picture the quality is worst , I have attached a picture that copy is very long in size but you can see how short it is looking and very bad. Please fix!!

Hope you are doing well. Sorry for your experience with Adobe Scan.
Adobe Scan uses the best available quality of your device's camera to capture the image. Can you check with other scan modes if the result is different?
Also, try capturing an image on the native camera app and then import it to Adobe Scan.

The scan quality of Adobe Scan is terrible, and it has nothing to do with settings on iPhone. I have been very patient and tried everything, but now I´m forced to stick to my old scan app 'Scanner Pro' which is far superior to Adobe Scan.

A screenshot of what you capture from Adobe Scan versus the same image on your native iPhone's camera would be great to investigate further.

Hello Souvik,
Recently I have same problem, for about a month the scan quality got really bad, when I take picture directly. When I import the same, it's much better quality (as before). I have iPhone 11 and newest software and newest app update, it probably changed after the app or iOS updated. I'd really like to solve this issue.

I noticed this issue as well. After using Adobe Scan since 2018 and having zero issues with phone cameras far worse than the camera I have in 2024, I also notice, completely unrelated of course, that you can pay for an upgraded experience!

Would you mind sharing the version of the Adobe Scan app and the OS you are using? Tap pon profile > About Adobe Scan. Also, try updating the app to the latest version from the App Store (iOS) or Play Store (Android) and reboot the device once and see if that works.
